Brian Thomas is the Chief Product Officer at Customer.io, leading the design, engineering, and product management teams. With a passion for nurturing creativity and bottom-up thinking in organizations, he has spent over a decade shaping product strategies that align business growth with customer satisfaction. He began his career as an engineer, was immersed in design at Adobe, and has led product management across every lifecycle stage from inception to mature multi-product portfolios. Brian’s strength is blending technical expertise, design thinking, and business strategy. Based out of Seattle, you’ll often find him climbing peaks in the Cascade Mountains.
